RETURN TIP: In some cases, if you still have our original USPS packaging, you may simply write: "Return to Sender" on the front, near the label and hand it back to the post office to scan it. Please ensure the package is fully taped or sealed. This way, the package will return to us using the same original tracking number and you may not have to pay fees. Note: Return to sender option may take some time to get back to us, so if you need it fast, we suggest re-ordering and send it back for a refund instead of an exchange or send the exchange back with your own postage tracking service. Note: DHL international service will not accept "return to sender" on opened packages.
RETURN SHIPPING CREDIT: (If you cannot use "Return to Sender.") For store errors and defective items under 3 ounces (such as jewelry), we will issue you a $2.00 return shipping credit upon return of your item. For heavier items such as mugs, clothing, etc. we will issue $0.50 per additional ounce. *Please note: Store web credit can only be applied if you are registered with our store and created an account. For packages under 13oz, we highly suggest that you use USPS First Class service. IMPORTANT: We DO NOT cover additional costs if you choose to expedite or add optional delivery options to the return shipment. We recommend that returns are sent via standard economy shipping at lowest cost. NOTE: If you use "Return to Sender" option, NO return shipping credit will be issued. Thank you.
